1 1/2 c. milk
1c. oil
1c. honey
2eggs
2T. lemon peel grated
2t. vanilla
4c. whole wheat flour
2T. baking powder
2t. salt
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries

Mix the wet ingredients in a large bowl. Add the dry ingredients, then fold in blueberries. Put into greased muffin tins, and bake at 375 for 17min. Yield: 2 dozen muffins
